The staff were helpful, especially with a card dispute and contacting the bank. Spacious and clean room. Convenient location with cheap local food nearby. Great internet service.
Hard to think of anything.

The hotel is in between BTS Surasak and ChongNonsi, opposite to Health Land in Sathorn, very good location. The hotel also provide free shuttle to BTS Surasak, excellent service indeed.
On my way from airport to the hotel, I would like the hotel to speak with the taxi driver, but the hotel wasn't aware that the main line is not working. The hotel actually have a few lines, so in case your call is unanswered, try the mainline number but with the next digit

The breakfast was fine and adequate and the hotel room was spacious and comfortable. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient for my needs, close to the main road and not too far from public transportation.
The bathroom was not the cleanest and had an unpleasant odor. the towels were overused and dingy.

The room that almostly looked like an appartment. price/quality perfect, very close to BTS-Skytrain station and in the middle of the business/financial district of Bangkok.
They need to change the airco, they look very big, old and are noisy (even on low fan) - On the balcony you have a nice view, pitty of the prisonbars.

Hotel staff speaks english and was always ready to help us. Room was clean and equipped with all needed amenities. We liked breakfast which was delivered to our room. Free pick-up by hotel's tuk-tuk from the nearest skytrain station (Surasak). Anyways if you walk it will take about 7 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and I got great deals on my multiple stays. The attention to detail was impressive, from the modern sheets on the queen-sized bed to the flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. The location, tucked away in a back alley behind the Saint Louis Hospital, was perfect for me.
All was well.

The hotel is far from restaurants and since they have no room service or restaurant of their own it can be quite a pain. They mentioned the shuttle to the sky train on Booked.net but whn we got there they said that they didn't have enough staff for the shuttle on the 1st day bt the nxt day there was someone. There wr cockroaches in the room. The ac was noisy and the room is badly lit which gives it a dingy feel. We checked out on teh 2nd day and they charged us for an extra nite since we had booked 5 days online. However, its nothing like in the pictures, so I'd advise you not to go based on teh pictures. Convenience wise 0 as well. The location on Booked.net does not mention that it's in a lane inside.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a very poor back alley in Bangkok. Despite its hidden location, the hotel offered fantastic value for money. The prices were incredibly affordable, especially considering the oversized and clean modern rooms. The attention to detail was evident, from the comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh sheets to the flat-screen TV with a wide range of channels. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided, including a balcony, were a nice touch. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient and enjoyable perk.
All was great, nothing to improve.

During my recent backpacking trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem, located on a small street next to the Saint Louis Hospital. the location was quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet close to shopping malls. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. the rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The tuk-tuk service was not reliable.
